Upon arrival, I was pleased to find a king room with air conditioning, enjoyed having a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels.

Appetising and freshly made meals. Marvellous and unbeatable location in a very comfortable area close to most of the many Christmas Markets, two twins and a single and cathedral and Kleber square. Situated only 1 km from Eglise du Temple-Neuf.

The hotel's location was very central, within easy walking distance of the city center.

The room we stayed in was spacious and simple with an additional bed, powerful air conditioning; the establishment is situated in a popular area with attractive sights like the Christmas market and a local market nearby.

everything was simply perfect. had really nice stay in this fabulous hotel, the staff were competent, location was perfect in the city center very close to the christmas market. the breakfast offered plenty of options and was fine and incredibly nice.

Variety of food choices to satisfy different tastes🍽️. the room was pretty quiet and the bathroom was good, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

The double room which was provided was smaller than any single room that I have ever seen. There were no single wardrobe or a kind of shelf to put cloves and other stuff. All furniture included 1 bad+1 chair + small table+ 2 smallest bedside-tables and almost no space around. The room was absolutely not suitable for 2 people. I would not advice even a single traveller to stay there because many much nicer hotels might be booked for the same price in Strasbourg. I experienced this 1 year before. This booking I consider as an obvious mistake.

Location very good for all city centre, train station, and tram connections for work. Supermarkets near for food supplies, near river for walks. New air con in room very quiet but very powerful. Good wifi. Size of rooms reasonable. Flexible early check-in.

This is just a two-star hotel with a three-star feature added, the top notch air con in the rooms. Slightly grim industrial quality of the side alley via which the hotel is approached off the main street (Pierre Faubourg).

I had a very nice time during my 1-night stay at Hotel Couvent Du Franciscain Centre Ville in Strasbourg. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the cathedral. the room was comfortable and had a strong AC system, which was great.

My stay was really nice here. the hotel was fabulous. - the room was new-fashioned. - I enjoyed excellent co-operating staff. - the location was favourable, at a medium distance from Strasbourg Christmas Market. - It was not far from a Coop express supermarket and the opera house. - the service was helpful with parking close to the property.

The parking area can not be viewed or enteres by strangers- perfect for our purpose!

The hotel was situated in the center of the city and close to many interesting places. The room was large and clean. Also, the hotel staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very expensive.
